How to use:

 

Active Nutrients Optimal Skin Cleansing Oil – 30ml: Apply 2-3 pumps of the oil onto palms before massaging gently over dry skin, including the delicate eye area, to remove any makeup and mascara. Add a little water to create a second milky cleanse before sweeping away with warm water or a damp cloth. 

Active Nutrients Optimal Skin Pro-Cleanser – 50ml: Use daily, smoothing a small amount over your face, neck and décolleté. Moisten with warm water and massage lightly in circular movements until the jojoba spheres melt, then rinse thoroughly. To use as a twice weekly mask, apply and leave on for 15 minutes to optimise the pumpkin enzyme exfoliating action - before rinsing away. 

Active Nutrients Optimal Skin Pro- Serum – 10ml: After cleansing and toning, warm a few drops of the serum in your palms, cupping your hands over your face to inhale the aroma. Gently smooth over your face, neck and décolleté until fully absorbed and then follow with your favourite moisturiser. 

Active Nutrients Optimal Skin Instant Facial – 30ml: After cleansing and toning, apply 1-2 pumps by pressing gently onto the face, neck and décolleté until fully absorbed. 

Active Nutrients Isotonic Hydration Mask – 55ml: Smooth generously over face, neck and décolleté. Relax for 10 minutes. Remove with a damp cloth or cotton wool. 

Active Nutrients Super Nourish Glossing Shampoo – 50ml: Massage into wet hair, creating a rich lather at the roots. Work through lengths and rinse thoroughly. Follow with Super Nourish Glossing Conditioner. 

Active Nutrients Super Nourish Glossing Conditioner – 50ml: After cleansing with Super Nourish Glossing Shampoo, gently work Super Nourish Glossing Conditioner through tresses from mid-lengths to ends. Comb through with your fingers and leave for two minutes, before rinsing thoroughly. 

Pink Hair and Scalp Mud – 30ml tube: Work into scalp and through dry or damp hair. Leave for 20 minutes or overnight if preferred. Rinse and follow with your favourite ESPA shampoo and conditioner. Use as a 10 minute mask on the body to soften and nourish dry skin. 

Fitness Shower Gel – 30ml: Create a lather by massaging into damp skin using firm circular movements and breathe in the rejuvenating aromatic before rinsing away. To intensify results, after showering follow with the Fitness Bath & Body Oil. 

Exfoliating Body Polish – 100ml: Massage into damp skin using firm, circular movements, paying particular attention to dry areas. Rinse away with warm water. Follow with your favourite ESPA body moisturiser or body oil. 

Energising Bath & Body Oil – 15ml: Swirl into the bath for a soothing soak, use as a massage oil, a dry skin remedy, or apply to pulse points and temples for ultimate aromatherapy. 

Muscle Rescue Balm – 15ml: Ideal for massage pre and post exercise. Massage into legs with upward movements. For arms, neck and shoulders, work in circular motions. Prior to application massage tube between palms to help warm and soften product. 

Positivity Pulse Point Oil – 9ml: Gently roll on your pulse points and inhale the aroma, for a tailored wellbeing boost at any point of the day. 

Refining Skin Polish – 15ml: Use 1-2 times a week for normal skin or once a week for oily skin. Smooth over damp skin and massage lightly in circular movements then rinse. 

Overnight Hydration Therapy – 30ml: Massage onto face, neck and décolleté until the formula turns white. Allow formula to fully absorb before retiring to bed. 

Nourishing Lip Treatment – 5ml: Apply this rich, honey-like formula to lips with the doe-foot applicator. 

Rejuvenating Hand Cream – 15ml: Massage into your hands until fully absorbed. 

Tri-Active™ Resilience Pro-Biome Eye Treatment – 15ml: Use morning and evening after cleansing and toning. Take a small amount and gently apply from inner brow outwards, around and beneath the eye. 

Tri-Active™ Regenerating Bio-Retinol Sleeping Serum – 10ml: Smooth over cleansed and toned skin in the evening before bed, following with your favourite serum or facial oil, and moisturiser. To maximise results, ensure you exfoliate 3 times per week to remove dead skin cells.

Tri-Active™ Regenerating Phyto-Collagen Plumping Mask – 30ml: Smooth a generous layer over face, neck and décolleté, relax for 10 minutes then remove excess with a cotton pad or damp cloth. 

Tri-Active™ Regenerating Phyto-Collagen Plumping Cream  – 15ml: Apply to fingertips and tap onto face, neck and décolleté before smoothing in light upward strokes until fully absorbed. 

Tri-Active™ Regenerating Treatment Oil – 10ml: After cleansing and toning, warm a few drops in your palms, gently smooth over face, neck and décolleté until fully absorbed. 

Tri-Active™ Regenerating Smooth & Firm Body Butter – 55g: Use morning and evening after your bath or shower. Massage into skin in firm upward, circular movements until fully absorbed. 

Winter Spice Votive Candle – 70g: Remove all packaging before lighting, keep wick trimmed to avoid smoking. Protect surfaces which may be damaged. Stop use when 10mm of wax remains. Extinguish candle if it flickers, smokes or the flame gets too high. For best results burn the candle for at least 2 hours but less than 4 hours at a time. Do not move a burning candle and keep the wax pool clear of debris.
