So far so good. I am a size 10/12 43 year old woman and have always been very sweaty, face, under arms, palms of hands & feet. I am only on the first week of using this product and already I am less sweaty under my arms (this is my target area). After reading other reviews I can te you that you need ro open up the box it comes in to find the instructions printed inside. Basically you only need a small amount, use it for 4 consecutive days week 1, 3 consecutive days week 2 and for 2 consecutive days week 3. There after for 2 consecutive days ongoing. You shower as normal and use a deodorant but I am hoping that after 3 weeks can really minimise the need for deodorant too. We'll see!
